“Pure Soul Energy: I believe dancing is more than just moving your body…it’s something within which needs to come out in the form of expressing yourself. Letting yourself free and self-expression is a form of art, called ‘Dance’. The thought process behind ‘Pure Soul Energy’ was developed from the feelings inside us all. Our sub-conscience is very ‘Pure’ and created by one source within our ‘Soul’ which flows through ‘Energy’ that we feed into it. We all have different forms of energy within. It is important to feed the positive energy so we nurture optimism in our lives. Dancing is a form of energy.” – Ritu Neb, Expressive Dancer
“Dance is a way to find yourself and loose yourself … all at the same time” - unknown
